What's the opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Process Analyst to join our Procurement Department. The successful candidate will play a role in mapping procurement processes and support identifying and implementing process improvements within our procurement. The candidate will also focus on supporting the internal teams in task/project management, data analytics, training and communications and contributing to the overall success of the organization.


What you will do:

  • Gather business requirements and translate them into procurement processes and solutions.
  • Support the analysis of the current process activities and performance to identify areas of improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with business line Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop processes and solutions.
  • Engage with key stakeholders in the business to develop and implement new processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure processes align with organizational goals.
  • Support the roll-out of new processes and solutions and manage communication and training of business users.
  • Support the team in identifying documentation gaps and creating draft manuals, working instructions, guides, and templates.
  • Support the programme team in procurement activities such as supplier nomination, contract management, and any other activities as required.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in procurement and process improvement.

    Who you are:

    • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
    • Proficiency in process analysis, documentation, and improvement methodologies.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and multitask across various initiatives.
    • A positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing business needs.
    • Knowledge of LEAN and User-centred design principles for process improvement.
    • Familiarity with project management tools for task tracking and team collaboration efforts.
    • Familiarity with SharePoint (nice to have).
    • Interest in the automotive industry is a plus
