Forseven, a revolutionary company looking to transform the EV industry through cutting-edge technology and innovative engineering practices, is seeking an exceptional PLM Project Manager to join our highly skilled and dynamic IT team.
The PLM Project Manager will operate out of our Warwick office, planning and executing the short and longer-term PLM project according to strict deadlines, programme objectives and within budget. This includes planning resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
We would like you to:
- Work with the System Implementor partner of choice and internal resources to help define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
- Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyse results, and troubleshoot problem areas
- Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
- Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments, if necessary, during project cycle
We would like you to have:
- Certifications in APM or Prince II
- Experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution
- Strong familiarity with project management software, such as MS Project
- Competent and proficient understanding of PLM (Dassault 3DX) within a manufacturing/ Engineering/ Product development environment
- Demonstrated experience in delivering projects within a manufacturing environment
- Good understanding of both Agile and waterfall methodologies and understand when each is best used
