Forseven, a revolutionary company is looking to transform the EV industry through cutting-edge technology and innovative engineering practices, are seeking a Programme Finance Manager to join our highly skilled and dynamic Programme Team. This role will be reporting into the Senior Finance Manager.
The role will operate in a hybrid capacity out of our offices in Shalford, Guildford or Leamington Spa, Warwick where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.

Responsibilities will vary as a reflection of the evolving business needs, however, they will mostly be focused on delivering effective financial control in the central finance space. This will include supporting with Statutory Reporting, Management Accounting, Consolidation, Audit, Accounts Payable, Technical Advisory, Accounts Receivable, Tax and Internal control.
What you will do:
• Act as business partner to the Programme Team and Engineering Function Teams
• Manage the Bill of Materials at programme level and with function teams to manage change, risks and opportunities
• Lead annual budget and quarterly forecast submissions for Programme and Engineering teams
• Coach and manage a small, growing team of analysts to support team and individual growth and development
• Aid in business case development for scope changes, new products, and features; contribute to ERP implementation and process development for optimal toolsets; collaborate across the Finance function to streamline processes and address internal queries
Who you are:
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
• Automotive experience desired
• Strong communicator and business partnering skills, fostering effective working relationships at all levels of seniority and experience, and willing to challenge where necessary
• Astute and analytical thinker, able to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
• Team player and a willingness to roll up sleeves when required and adapt to change in a start-up environment
