This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity out of one of our offices near Shalford, Guildford or Leamington Spa, Warwick where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.

What you will do:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone recently qualified looking for a new challenge to join a new and dynamic department from the very beginning of the company's journey. The role is very diverse and the challenges come thick and fast. The Senior Finance Analyst would be expected to pro-actively manage programme budgets, working with and supporting budget holders and other stakeholders to monitor the progress of projects and contribute to business-wide reporting.
- Support the financial management of core vehicle programmes to deliver projects on time and on budget
- Actively manage budgets, working with budget holders to monitor spend, investigate variances, and build regular forecasts to support business cash flow forecasting
- Support Purchasing team with procurement activities and supplier nomination processes
- Business partnering with non-finance stakeholders to develop processes and understanding of financial requirements
- Creating relevant financial reports and key performance indicators
We would like you to have:
- Ideal role for recently Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Automotive experience desired
- Keen eye for detail
- Driven, analytical and logical thinker
- Personable and approachable individual with clear communication and ability to build effective working relationships
- Willing to roll up sleeves as required and adapt to change
- Experience of working with builds and materials desirable
