Forseven, a revolutionary company looking to transform the EV industry through cutting-edge technology and innovative engineering practices, is seeking an exceptional Head of Strategy to join our highly skilled and dynamic Corporate Strategy team. This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity out of one of our offices near Oxford or the Midlands, where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.

This is an exciting role within our Corporate Strategy team who help define the overall strategy for Forseven and oversee it's delivery.
We are looking for someone with excellent leadership skills who can bringing clarity and structure whilst leading peers and more senior colleagues to deliver critical business priorities. This role is to ensure the execution of all strategic studies to time and cost constraints and to develop the definition of the strategic study approval and execution processes.
As the Head of Strategy within our Corporate Strategy Function, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and execution of strategic initiatives critical to the success of our organisation. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, overseeing the implementation of strategic projects, and ensuring alignment with our overall corporate objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic business environment.
What will you do?
- Oversee the execution of strategic programs from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Establish clear project objectives, milestones, and metrics for success
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep programs on track
- Build and lead a high-performing cross-functional team, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within the strategic programs team
- Develop a robust performance measurement frameworks to track the effectiveness of strategic programs and initiatives.
- Develop a comprehensive, inclusive strategic plan and growth strategy by collaborating with the director and senior leadership, which determines the business’s overall vision
Who are you?
- Significant experience developing and delivering Strategy in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- A proven track record of delivering complex and sustained change at substantial scale
- Demonstrable experience of managing cross functional project teams including peers and senior leaders
- Experience of influencing senior stakeholders and facilitating challenging governance sessions
- A data-driven approach and ability to analyse data
- The ability to identify and solve problems quickly and efficiently
- A strategic understanding with a big focus on execution
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies and recommendations
