Forseven, a revolutionary company looking to transform the EV industry through cutting-edge technology and innovative engineering practices, is seeking an ERP Project Manager to join our IT team.
The role of the ERP Project Manager is to plan and execute the short and longer-term SAP S4Hana ERP project according to strict deadlines, programme objectives and within budget. This includes planning resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The ERP Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
We would like you to:
- Work with the System Implementor partner of choice and internal resources to help define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
- Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyse results, and troubleshoot problem areas
- Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle
- Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
- Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
We would like you to have:
- Certifications in APM or Prince II
- Experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution
- Familiarity with project management software, such as MS Project
- Excellent understanding of an end to end ERP (preferably SAP4Hana) within a manufacturing/ Engineering/ Product development environment
- Demonstrated experience in delivering projects within a manufacturing environment
- Good understanding of both Agile and waterfall methodologies and understand when each is best used
