Forseven, a revolutionary company looking to transform the EV industry through cutting-edge technology and innovative engineering practices, is seeking a SharePoint Architect to join our Data team.
The role will be based from our Warwick site 2-3 days per week.
The SharePoint Architect will own migration and consolidation of content from SharePoint, file shares, and other legacy systems into our new cloud-based SharePoint enterprise content management (ECM) platform. This is a hands-on role for an ECM expert to optimise our information architecture and unlock the full value of our new system investment establishing a roadmap for governance and controls.
We would like you to:
- Develop a roadmap to establish the new SharePoint ECM solution.
- Establish appropriate data retention policies for the various content categories.
- Develop detailed information architecture, metadata models, access controls and content workflows for the new SharePoint ECM system by collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide recommendations.
- Oversee the delivery of content management solutions with the goal of ensuring legal, regulatory compliance and appropriate processing from creation to destruction.
- Perform hands-on consolidation, clean-up, and optimisation initiatives to rationalise the content for the new solution.
- Support the Data Architect in delivery of overall strategies and roadmaps.
We would like you to have:
- Experience managing large-scale ECM migration projects
- Microsoft SharePoint and associated platform skills such as Syntex, Purview, SPFx, PnP, Power Automate and SharePoint Analytics
- Experience working in an agile fashion using DevOps/DataOps to deliver insight
- Scripting skills for content analysis and manipulation
- Solid project management skills and attention to detail
- Sharp analytical skills to review unstructured data and develop taxonomies and metadata models
